The keen newport has a good sole and toe protection the keen cnx is the lightweight sandal with toe protection but only slight support. I normally wear a 7 but as recommended i found that a 7 5 was a better fit with the arch support falling at the right point. These shoes are narrower than the newports and are much much lighter while still having good. The keen clearwater cnx sandals bring a hybrid design to a minimalist inspired lightweight platform that feels like an extension of your feet when you re adventuring in wet environments.
